While the use of remanufactured single-use devices (SUDs) is established within the United States, it has not been routine in the United Kingdom. This study, completed by St. George’s University Hospital in London, compares our reprocessed Nav Lasso catheter to the original equipment manufacturer. The conclusion of the study found that “the use of remanufactured circular mapping catheters is safe, efficient and reliable. Widespread use of remanufactured SUDs offers the possibility of significant economic benefit.”
